Lynne Gewant is an extremely hardworking, personable and experienced realtor. She spent several months working with us to find the perfect house. She had to be exhausted from showing us so many properties but she honestly seemed to enjoy every house we went into (even the ones I chose that she knew wouldn't work for us). She has the most upbeat attitude, it was hard not have fun when looking at houses even if they weren't the right one. One thing that I found with nearly all the realtors that we dealt with when we saw homes, was she was the one asking the other realtor specific appropriate questions regarding important aspects of the house and the details of the sale. It shocked me that many realtors we encountered did not have basic information on homes like: is the pool heated, is the pool chlorine vs salt, how old is the roof, water heater, AC units. This made me appreciate Lynne's professionalism and experience even more. There are very few professionals who come close to her. Lynne was our advocate in asking many more indepth questions than what we thought to ask, negotiating for us without hesitation. She was essential in educating us on what was a good property verses one with problems and potential problems. She has a highly competent network of professionals she works with that included a phenomenal inspector and lawyer that ensured a thorough closing. Her office staff, including Laurie, were very organized and friendly.
She helped us with our rental as well while we were looking. It was extremely helpful to have her negotiating and getting information from the owner and their agent. We really didn't have to do anything but sign our lease.

I recently used Lynne to purchase and sell a home and highly recommend her. Any agent is fine when transactions go smoothly, but an agent with experience and contacts throughout the industry is imperative when things don’t go as well as planned. Selling my house had many twists and turns. The day of closing the buyer had an issue with their financing. Lynne was able to leverage her contacts and spoke with the higher ups at the mortgage brokerage and got the deal closed. I am certain had I used an average agent who just opens doors, who didn’t have Lynne’s experience and contacts, the deal would have fallen through. Highly recommended for all real estate needs.
